overall technical and disciplinary responsibility for HR (2 MA) Advising management and executives in personal questions Ensuring staff administration and payroll accounting Ensuring the employee lifecycle of recruitment, employee training, talent management, onboarding, performance management and succession planning Promoting positive corporate culture and employee satisfaction Continuous improvement of HR processes and systems Monitoring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines Active design and representation of the employer brand Trustful cooperation with the works council

successfully completed studies, e.g. business management, human resources management, law or comparable multiannual functional and leadership experience in an industrial company in a comparable function well-founded knowledge in personal questions SAP user knowledge fluent knowledge of German and English in professional application Communication and enforcement strength, self-initiative, integrity, hands-on mentality
