We expect you to have a training that is more than just a “office job”! You start on 01.09.2027 together with all urban azubis with a first-class introduction week. After that, we start directly in our specialist areas! During your 3-year training (with option on shortening), you will get to know a new area of the city administration every 4 months (e.g. building law office, office, personnel department or municipal office with combing shop). You are an active part of our team and you will help. You are expecting a profession that causes changes and understands the community as the heart of our work! Of course, the theoretical knowledge must not be missing: Block tuition takes place at the Kaufmännische School 1 in Stuttgart and then a three-month course takes place at the administrative school in Leinfelden-Echterdingen. We focus on your personal & professional development – and we support you with everything you need. You always wanted to do something with people, work carefully and like to take things in your hand and organize? Working on the computer makes you find fun and legal texts or legal issues You really interesting? If you then bring a decent portion of curiosity and openness – we look forward to your application! With us you will become all-rounder in public service and qualify with this training for many positions within the city administration. You bring at least the Middle Ages with you and might even have first experience with office or administrative activities and are now ready for the next step.
