Brand Success Manager (m/f/d)

You will develop selected brand partnerships strategically and support clear priorities, strong cooperation and sustainable results. Brand Partnership Ownership: You are responsible for the strategic development of brand partnerships – including common goals, growth strategies and performance control. Analysis, Insights & Reporting: You analyze data and developments in detail, derive clear recommendations for action and launch meaningful reporting that promote growth and cooperation. Relationship Management: You build trusted, professional relationships with partners, keep stakeholders informed and ensure that expectations and agreements are clear on both sides. Interface management: You are the central contact person for internal and external coordination – and in close cooperation with our internal teams, you will ensure a smooth flow of information and a strong, cross-departmental cooperation. Further development & innovation: You recognize trends and potentials at an early stage and introduce impulses to make cooperation more efficient, more structured and sustainable. Smart working methods & automation: You use digital tools and clever workflows to efficiently process information, simplify recurring tasks and make data-based decisions faster.

You think strategically, work analyticly and bring with you a strong sense of relationship building, a strong organizational talent, prioritization competence, project management experience. You bring well-founded experience in project management and can manage projects in a sovereign way, coordinate stakeholders and keep track of many parallel topics. You have a strong sense of relationship building and relationship management, especially in dealing with brands, networks and agencies. You are strong in communication, speak very good English and move safely in a dynamic, international environment. You work independently, structured and solution-oriented and keep tuning clean and transparent. You can work from our office in Münster
