Within the group, Art-Invest Real Estate Funds GmbH is a real estate capital management company and has already established more than 25 open and closed real estate investment assets (Fonds) for institutional investors since its foundation in 2011. The future growth of the Art-Invest Real Estate depends on attractive investment opportunities, investor interest and excellent staff. Therefore, we are looking for a:n (senior) finance manager in Cologne at the next possible time.

You coordinate the discussions and negotiations with banks, experts and consultants as part of real estate financing. In the interface function, you work closely with the areas of Transaction, Fund Management and Asset Management. You are in close contact with the depositary regarding the Consent statement for financing. You are responsible for ensuring the conditions of payment against foreign capital draws and have a firm view of the contract controlling and the covenants regarding existing loan and collateral contracts. Bank reporting is also your responsibility. For selected projects, you take full responsibility for the financing process and also conduct negotiations with the bank.

You have completed a completed commercial training or an economic study with a focus on finance. Your multiannual professional experience in banking and banking Financing, for example, in the case of a bank, capital management company (KVG) or a financial service provider. Ideally, you have already collected points of contact with banking regulation or are motivated to expand your knowledge in this area. Use the current MS Office programs safely. You are strong in communication and negotiation and always meet the right sound in conversation with our partners and your team and can deal with critical demands in a sovereign way.
