Your tasks

Begleitung & Beratung:You accompany the participants comprehensively in the rehabilitation process and work closely with guardians, relevant reference persons and case managers. In addition, you conduct professional advice and strengthen the social skills of the participants through targeted training.

**You promote the professional, social and personal development of young people through targeted educational offers. For this purpose, you design and guide group offers, for example in the fields of application training, learning promotion as well as career orientation and career choice. In addition, you will create professional reports and documentation.

**In addition, you work on a case-by-case basis and support the participants especially in crisis situations. The performance of speaking hours is your area of activity as well as the support of participants during their internship phases.

Your profile

Qualifications: You have a completed study of social education or a comparable degree and have already gained first experience in the field of work.
