A completed commercial or administrative vocational training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in administration, organization or assistance, ideally in the social or educational environment Commercial understanding and security in dealing with numbers, business relationships and administrative processes Self-employed, structured and forward-looking working with high organisational and prioritization competence Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and teams, as well as openness for digital applications Communication strength, sense of responsibility, reliability and discretion in handling confidential information Identification with the values of the CJD as well as readiness for cross-departmental cooperation and continuous development of processes The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
