Senior Software Developer KI & Automation (m/w/d)

Are you burning for modern AI technologies and want to actively shape their future? Then introduce your expertise as a senior expert:in for Conversational AI & Automation to our team.  Design innovative voicebot and chatbot solutions, develop intelligent systems for automated document analysis and advance the further development of our AI strategy.

Location: Aachen, Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Cologne

Working time: Full time

Your tasks

• You design and develop complex enterprise solutions in the area of Conversational AI, Voicebots and Process Automation, with Python as the main language and JavaScript/TypeScript or Java for integration or front-end components
• You are responsible for the technical implementation, architecture and quality assurance in larger projects
• You introduce new methods such as Agentic Coding and RAG-based systems in different teams
• You take training and coaching from colleagues to modern AI technologies, language processing and automation
• You are working on innovative projects to integrate Speech technologies (Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text, Whisper, LiveKit, Azure Speech Services etc.)

That's what you bring

• You have a very good degree in computer science, business informatics, mathematics or a comparable discipline
• You have several years of experience in professional software development with Python in the enterprise environment
• You have profound knowledge of AI technologies and language processing (Chatbot Frameworks, Speech APIs, Automation Tools)
• You can demonstrate R experience in JavaScript/TypeScript or Java, ideally in conjunction with API design, cloud integration or frontend development
• You bring deep know-how in relevant libraries (e.g. LangChain, FastAPI, spaCy, Transformers, Whisper, OpenAI SDKs) with
• You are routined in the introduction of new technologies and the professional leadership or training of teams
• Flowing German and very good English skills complete your profile
