Content Marketing Manager/in (m/f/d)

ProtocolHero builds the platform that frees craft businesses from paper, chaos and Excel. Our goal is clear: documentation and test protocols are to be so easy that You are naturally created in the working day. Quick, clean, comprehensible and ready for customers, acceptance, insurance and in doubt also for the dispute.

For this we develop a modern SaaS especially for craftsmanship, with strong templates, clear workflows and AI functions that really save time. We are not looking for a classic social media creator, but a person with real ownership for our content. You build a system of landing pages, e.g. in video formats, template template templates and newsletter communication, keep it up-to-date and measurable and work closely with Product and Founder.

Content Ownership Website and Landingpages You'll start landing pages and thematic content around crafts, documentation, test logs and ProtocolHero. You're puggling the website in the CMS, optimierst structure, UX and content, making content up-to-date, consistent and trackable.

Product Education Content Videos and articles You'll create short explaining videos and helpers to our features. You plan content, write scripts, speak Voice or On Camera, cutting with simple tools and publishing on website and YouTube. You update content in product changes and keep everything clean in the long term.

Ownership Template Library in ProtocolHero You're researching meaningful protocol templates for craft businesses and building them with our No Code Editor in ProtocolHero. You create short explanations, publish templates, fill existing templates and develop them further when new features are available. You keep versions and use in mind and optimise afterwards.

Social Media Building ProtocolHero Canal You build our own ProtocolHero channel on Instagram and TikTok. You use the existing content and develop matching formats. Important: We are not at zero, Steven as Founder already runs a channel with about 100,000 followers with PakaInvest. We expect clean implementation and learning curve.

LinkedIn Content for Partnerships and Recruiting You create contributions that build visibility and trust, both for partnerships and for human resources. You work closely with Founder and Team.

Newsletter Communication and Release Support When new features go live or new videos templates are released, you will inform our customers about newsletters and matching updates. The aim is clear, comprehensible communication and measurable activation.

Branding Support if needed Less common, but possible: support for flyers, fair material, smaller design tasks or merch such as T shirts.

Experience and Skill Set Multiannual experience in content marketing, content management or comparable roles. Important is not the perfect resume, but demonstrable implementation: website content, explanation videos, structured content care.

CMS and UX Understanding You can work safely with CMS systems or website building boxes and think in user management, structure, clarity and conversion. SEO's basic understanding is a plus.

Video and text short and clear You can explain complex functions short and crisp. You have very good German pronunciation and a good sense of speech to build trust in the users. You can write scripts and cut with simple cutting tools.

Design Basics You can create and edit images. Photoshop knowledge is a plus, important is clean result and speed.

Numbers and Ownership You work data-orientated. You can view statistics, content performance and template usage on the website and guide priorities from it. You work structured, reliable and keep systems up to date.

Cooperation You work closely with Product Manager and Founder, are close to the roadmap and make sure that content is available in time and not outdated.

Nice to have Experience in the craft environment or B2B SaaS. Experience with YouTube, Instagram, TikTok formats. Build experience with websites, newsletter tools and content calendars.
