Experte:in Treasury Management & Heding (m/f/d)

Together with internal and external stakeholders, you shape the construction of an independent financial area including treasury management architecture. You are responsible for cash pooling, financing foreign subsidiaries and internal and external financing. You develop and implement trade-finance strategies and optimise the use of suitable financial instruments. You coordinate financially relevant topics at the interface of Treasury, Accounting, Purchasing and other disciplines. You identify and evaluate Exposure positions in foreign currencies, Commodities and energies and tax them with suitable hedging strategies and derivatives. You support treasury payments, financial security and internal and external financial reporting. You actively promote the optimization and digitization of treasury processes and systems.

You have a degree or a comparable commercial training with a corresponding further education as well as several years of professional experience in finance, ideally in an industrial company. With treasury management systems as well as cash management and in-house banking processes, you are perfectly familiar. Experience with risk models, in particular in the context of financial instruments, is advantageous. You convince with a strong communication strength and work with management as well as different disciplines. You bring the willingness to work on new issues and regulatory requirements, have a strong analytical ability and keep an overview of complex issues. You will be happy to work in the team, and you will be able to address topics independently and convince by a high level of service and consulting in the group environment. You can safely master English in word and writing; a safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as experience with SAP complete your profile.
