In this position, you play a central role in the planning, coordination and implementation of strategic HR initiatives and work closely with different disciplines. Griesheim, Hesse

You take over the (partial) project management at the interface between HR and various internal and external contacts

They ensure that cross-division cooperation works smoothly and keeps interfaces and responsibilities in mind

They independently manage all HR-related tasks in the project: from planning and coordination to implementation to documentation – including dealing with unexpected challenges

They plan personnel and resources use on HR and ensure that projects are implemented efficiently, on time and in high quality

They analyze project processes, identify possible risks early and develop alternative solutions if necessary

Complete study of economics with a focus on personnel or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience in HR

First practical experience in project management

Impressed communication strength, safe occurrence and a high level of cooperation

A high level of self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team spirit – coupled with occasional readiness to travel throughout the federal territory

Joy in advancing things independently, structuring processes and working together

Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
