The focus of the Global Process Coordination Finance team is on standardization, optimization and quality assurance of global financial processes (e.g. financial accounting, controlling) as well as the interfaces to other areas.

They analyse and optimize existing global processes and are responsible for adapting to changed organisational structures and for reconfiguring processes, in particular in the field of main accounting or Plant accounting The participation and possibly management of SAP projects in the area of finance belongs to your area of responsibility They design business processes with reference to the SAP FI module and harmonize globally established processes They support domestic and foreign corporations in the production of monthly and annual accounts according to IFRS and in the consolidation and accounting of current business transactions They support domestic and foreign corporations in implementing sales tax requirements in the various business processes You create, update and expand process documentation, training documents and SOPs The coordination with interface areas as well as the implementation of tests, training and introduction of new/modified processes into the productive system is your responsibility

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, business informatics or business engineering Multiannual professional experience in finance Deep process and project understanding Experience in the field of external accounting according to HGB and IFRS as well as in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Ensuring correct collection and assessment of investment assets Expert knowledge in handling the SAP module FI Very good English and good German knowledge of word and writing, Spanish language skills or other foreign languages of advantage Personal competencies They work successfully in international teams They have a high self-initiative as well as an independent and independent way of working They are teamable and resilient You are ready to travel internationally
