Area On Premise Manager – Leipzig and the surrounding area

Use personal strengths Responsibilities and tasks in which something can be moved: RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE You act as a brand ambassador: in the Musketeer and Musketeer Scout team as well as the entire on-premise network, making sure that the brand values of Red Bull are clearly mediated and lived in all areas. Watch the image standards within the Musketeer and Musketeer Scout team to ensure that Red Bull is always presented authentically and consistently. COMMUNICATION & ACTIVITIES You are in daily exchange with the Musketeers, Musketeer Scouts and the Head of Musketeers, working closely with other Area On Premise Managers: both in cooperation with regional departments such as Off Premise, Field Marketing and Culture. In addition, make sure that Red Bull is present at all relevant events that are implementing High 5 standards and are personally at the most important events on site. In addition, you regularly review customer retention and the relevance of invitations to ensure an optimal presence of the brand. MANAGEMENT You are responsible for the planning and continuous development of your area as part of the regional business plan and ensure the successful implementation of the national business plan in your region. Through targeted leadership of your team, you drive horizontal and vertical growth, based on the national on-premise strategy. In addition, you continuously identify new business opportunities and potentials, optimize the route planning for an ideal coverage of the sales area and strengthen relations with On Premise Key users in your region. ADMINISTRATION & ON PREMISE MARKETING You manage the regional On Premise budget as part of the national business plan and document all activities of the Musketeers and Musketeer Scouts in your region. In doing so, you will ensure the timely release of reports, test and report on competition activities and ensure correct data management by the team. In addition, you are responsible for the implementation and sale of On Premise concepts as well as customized installations to optimally position the brand. MUSKETEERS/MUSKETEER SCOUTS & TRAINING/COACHING You are responsible for the continuous search and acquisition of qualified candidates: inside, which are ideally suited to the job profile of the Musketeers and Musketeer Scouts. To do this, you will receive applications, conduct interviews and evaluate the candidate. In addition, you plan and implement the regional training plan for the Musketeer/Musketeer Scout Team, guide targeted training and support the team through individual coaching based on their strengths and development areas. About four days a week you are active in the field service to accompany and promote the Musketeers and Musketeer Scouts directly on site.

This includes experience and services provided so far Relevant to the role: Successfully completed business or economic studies with a preferred focus on business, marketing or similar and/or comparable training flowing German and very good English knowledge in word and writing Founded sales experience with a proven strong track record desirable Embossed management experience desirable (ideally in the On Premise beverage industry) Very good knowledge of the On Premise industry, as well as contacts and experience in the ''Szene' Designed analytical and planning skills Clear understanding of markets, brands, sales and sales, competition activities and consumer behaviour in the FMCG context Excellent negotiating and communication skills Full understanding and internalization of the Musketeer/Musketeer Scout Profiles Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) Residence in the region (Leipzig and surroundings) Ready to travel 70-80%
