Analysis of procurement markets, development and implementation of procurement strategies of the respective product groups to ensure optimal supply Selection, evaluation and development of suppliers and the establishment of long-term partnerships Conduct price and contract negotiations taking into account quality, cost and security of supply, as well as identifying and implementing savings potentials Responsibility of production from request to receipt of goods Close cooperation with production, quality assurance and development

Complete studies in the field of business management, food technology, economic engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing in the food industry, ideally in the confectionery industry Embossed negotiating skills, enforcement and analytical thinking Openness for new, lust for responsibility and joy in team work Very good knowledge of German and English Safe handling of ERP systems, preferably Infor M3, and MS Office
