Experience achieved with internal and/or external organizational units, internal customers, as well as systems suppliers and integration partners. Independent, structured, reliable, committed, and results-oriented working style with a 'hunger for success,' assertive. Quick comprehension, strong analytical skills. Practical experience in agile methods, agile mindset, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary work in agile teams as well as learning new technologies and tools. Target group-specific communication skills and a strong talent for presenting complex topics and interrelationships in engaging presentations; experienced in stakeholder management at all levels up to executive management; confident, open demeanor, charismatic.
