Construction of application technology at Düllberg Konzentra – from laboratory and test structures to methods, standards and data management to the gradual establishment of a specialized team Development and implementation of an application technology strategy to support our perfumery, commercial teams and customers Development of application technology solutions that make visible the performance of our fragrance compositions and create a measurable added value for our customers Active participation of a new application-&-in-use testing platform including laboratory, device and test concepts Development and optimization of unpaired standard bases for different applications Planning, construction and commissioning of a modern application laboratory as well as realistic test environments for Home Care, Fabric Care, Personal Care, Air Care and Fine Fragrance Development and implementation of test protocols, stability studies, interaction studies and performance and benchmark tests Structure and maintenance of structured data and documentation systems for stability and application data Technical support for customer projects and development of customer-specific solutions Ensuring high-quality and timely pattern and data delivery Presentation and interpretation of technical results for customers, commercial teams and perfumery Active participation in innovation projects and the further development of our product and service portfolio

Successfully completed study of chemistry, chemical engineering or a comparable scientific discipline Multiannual experience in application technology, product development or in-use testing in fragrance environment Ideally experience in building or developing application-oriented structures, laboratories or test platforms Experience in the development of methods, standards and processes within a technical organization detectable leadership experience or the ability to successfully build and develop teams and projects Hands-on experience in the design and construction of application laboratories as well as in-use test environments Knowledge of base chemistry, formulation development and fragrance base interactions Experience in the development of test methods, stability tests and performance assessments Analytical, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Impressed communication skills and safe occurrence to customers and internal stakeholders High self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and strong implementation skills Joy in building and sustaining new structures Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
