You always prepare monthly and annual accounts independently, taking into account the group requirements and legal regulations. You carry out budget and outcome planning as well as cost-effectiveness analyses. Your innovation joy and willingness for changes are an active part in the initiation and implementation of measures and projects for process optimization, with particular emphasis on the optimization and further development of IT systems/applications. As a central contact person, you can hold all threads to internal interfaces, such as operating units or the shared service center, as well as in cooperation with auditors (w/m/d). With your solution-oriented approach, you drive forward the further development and optimization of the internal control system.

Successfully completed studies in business management or a comparable qualification, e.g. balance sheet accounting (w/m/d) Multiannual professional experience in the field of accounting and controlling, coupled with well-founded knowledge of annual accounts processes, for example as audit assistants (w/m/d) Good commercial process understanding for sale (debitors), purchasing (creditors), investment and HR Comprehensive experience in dealing with accounting-relevant IT systems, advantages are experiences with Autoline (or other DMS systems) Leadership experience with disciplinary responsibility
