We are experts for IT personnel and commercial professionals in the transfer of employees and in the Service and work contract. Our customers are IT system houses, IT manufacturers and IT service providers. We are the IT service provider

For one of our renowned customers, we are looking at the Reutlingen, Heidelberg, Wörth am Rhein, Munich, Nuremberg, Ulm, Hannover, Bielefeld, Münster, Leipzig

Tasks • Analysis and troubleshooting of customers IT • Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals • Cooperation with the 2nd Level Hotline in solving complex technical problems • Technical support during commissioning mainly via remote • Editing tickets in the ticket system

Knowledge • Training in the fields of computer science, electrical engineering and the like • Knowledge of the current client and server operating systems in the Windows environment • Experience in installing and migrating Win7 on Win10 • Knowledge of the maintenance of mobile devices • basic network skills • Driving licence (class B)
