Head of Reception (m/f/d)

DISCLOSURE • You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of our front office team. • You organize and coordinate the daily processes at reception and ensure a smooth service. • You are a contact person for your team and assists your employees with questions, challenges and operational daily business. • You conduct regular feedback and development talks and promote the personal and professional development of your team. • Start and coordinate service and holiday planning taking into account operational needs. • You ensure compliance with our quality standards and service processes and continuously develop them. • You will take care of the professional handling of guest wishes, complaints and special concerns. • You work closely with all relevant departments – in particular housekeeping, R&B and management. • You monitor relevant front office metrics and help optimize operations and sales. • You support check-in and check-out and all other operational tasks at the front office. • You are training new employees and making them structured.

MEMBER STATES • You have a completed training in the hotel industry and already several years of professional experience in the front office. • You bring experience in a leadership position and enjoy motivating and developing a team. • You live real hospitality with passion and focus on our guests and their needs. • You work organized, structured and solution-oriented – even if it becomes hectic. • You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility and go ahead with a good example. • You communicate confidently and friendlyly and have a professional appearance. • You have very good knowledge of German and English; further language skills are advantageous. • You are safe in handling popular MS Office applications and ideally with a hotel PMS. • You are flexible and willing to support the front office team in the shift, weekend and holiday service. • You are happy to actively shape processes and to make our guests a special experience together with your team.
