Our customer is a technology group with several locations in Germany. In Essen, assemblies are mounted, electric motors are manufactured and tests are carried out on electrical systems for the areas such as aviation, defence and industry. We are now looking for several material components (m/w/d) for material management | Supply Chain Management incl. Industry surcharges according to IG-Metal/Electric Tariff Agreement.

Ensuring timely material supply in coordination with suppliers and production control Control and optimization of stocks, lot sizes and safety stocks Redemption and monitoring of orders and delivery and retrieval plans Proactive risk management to avoid material bottlenecks Maintenance of disposition-relevant master data and processing of exceptions Creation of reports on stocks, ranges and relevant MRP indicators Coordination with suppliers and customers on delivery dates, order confirmations and clarification cases Monitoring of material inputs and order confirmations

You have a successful training as an industrial merchant (m/w/d), Kaufmann (m/wd) for forwarding and logistics services, Kaufmann (m/wd) for wholesale and foreign trade management or a comparable commercial profession. You ideally come from the field of industry, logistics or supply chain management. Bring professional experience in material disposition, production planning or operational procurement. Secure handling of the MRP tools in modern ERP systems (e.g. SAP ECC). Knowledge of material demand planning and supply chain processes in discrete manufacturing Embossed analytical skills for performing material economic evaluations Secure user knowledge in MS-Office. German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.

You will receive an employment contract with an over-tariff salary and industry supplements according to IG Metall/Electric Tariff Contract. Working time 35 hours/week.
