Human Resources Officer (m/f/d)

You are responsible for permanently assigned areas. You support, accompany and advise managers and employees throughout the entire personnel process (personal planning, personnel selection, onboarding, personnel development, etc.). You support executives in labour and collective bargaining issues and implement personal measures. You prepare work contracts, certificates, works council hearings and job descriptions and prepare groupings. You contribute to the creation of the annual economic planning and ensure compliance with the job plan specifications

You have a commercial training as well as several years of experience in personnel management, preferably in health care. Ideally complement your profile with a degree as a Bachelor or Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources You have a secure knowledge of the right to work and social security, as well as a secure knowledge of the right to work and ideally knowledge of TVöD and TV doctors. You combine a good empathy with clear points of view and very good communication skills.
