· Responsibility for the entire R&B sector and daily business within the framework of budget requirements · Control of portion sizes, minimising waste and ensuring a high quality of preparation and effective control of food, beverages and personnel costs · Development, implementation and monitoring of programmes to ensure safe installation and working environment in compliance with all relevant regulations · Constant improvement of customer experience in the park and ensuring an excellent level of internal and external customer service · Recognizing customer needs and proactive engagement on their concerns · Defining objectives, KPIs, schedules, guidelines and procedures · Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations · Regular use as Duty Manager (Park and Food and Beverage) · Direct reporting to the Corporate Mother and the German Managing Director

· Successfully completed training in the hospitality sector or equivalent qualification · Proven track record in a leading position in the gastronomic sector · Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team · Hands-on mentality and problem solving skills · Embossed service and customer orientation · Flowing English skills JOBV1_EN
