ServiceNow Application Portfolio Manager (m/w/d)

In the sense of a digital L-Bank, you actively shape our goals of customer centering and the transformation of technology. We are looking for reinforcement for our team at the Karlsruhe site. The site includes a high design space and provides responsibility in controlling, building and continuous strategic development of the Application Portfolio Managements ServiceNow through the creation of a central data base for the L-Bank application map.

responsibility for the data quality of the application map and the establishment of targeted health checks to maintain data quality; Defining and adapting data models or designing interfaces and discovery options for the required information transfer strategic further development of the application map together with the license management and in close cooperation with the enterprise architecture for the effective and cost-efficient use of the applications used; Demand Management support to select the suitable application solution for the existing application map support for application managers in the creation and maintenance of service mapping between application and configuration (CMDB) and between platforms and applications (cloud and on-premise); Definition of required business/IT services in cooperation with the application managers and the Service Portfolio Management Troubleshooting related to ServiceNow Service mapping Advice and support of technical and technical application managers on questions related to application portfolio management and service mapping

You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics or a comparable training with corresponding professional experience You’ve introduced several years of experience in IT Operations Management You have several years of experience in using and building an Application Portfolio Management (APM), preferably in ServiceNow, and have technical experience in creating architectural images, preferably ServiceNow Service mapping You work independently as well as structured and show high engagement and enforcement strength You are characterized by pronounced analytical skills and problem-solving competence Working in English does not pose a big challenge and you have fun seeing this as part of your tasks
