Technical Manager Electrical Engineering / Alarm Systems (m/f/d)

As Technical Manager (m/w/d) Elektrotechnik / Hazard alarm systems, you are responsible for the operation of electrical systems, fire alarm systems, intrusion alarm systems, safety emergency alarm systems, interference alarm systems and RWA systems and thus contribute significantly to safety at the locations of Kleinostheim and Wehrheim. You are responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of the maintenance, testing, repairs and repairs of the equipment assigned to you. You monitor and control your system independently with the help of building control technology. Monitoring of receipts, audits, public authorities and insurers' audits. Treatment of disturbances, coordination of destructive measures and analysis of causes. You take over the implementation of small measures and smaller projects, taking into account the relevant regulations and safety provisions, and also keep an eye on budget targets and timetables. In the case of large-scale construction projects, you agree with the internal construction department, take part in instructions, commissioning tests and acceptances. You work in interdisciplinary teams with both internal contacts and external service providers and suppliers. The acceptance and testing of the work and the examination of the documentation are your activities. You are responsible for the quality of the master files of your systems in CAFM and in the document management system. Advising internal customers and users in safety issues.

Completed training as a technical master, nationally denominated. Technicians or Bachelor Professional in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification with at least 5 years of professional experience Long-term experience in the construction, operation and maintenance of electrical and safety systems Experience in the field of industry and the acquisition of operator responsibility Experience in the coordination of foreign companies, in coordination with customers and in the project area Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the field of electrical engineering and fire detection technology Safe handling of common application programs such as MS Office, CAFM etc. Good communication skills and a customer-oriented, friendly appearance High performance, motivation, independence and flexibility
