Your new sphere of action The CJD is one of the largest educational and social enterprises in Germany. His approximately 11,000 employees promote and accompany children, young people and he grow at more than 350 locations in Kitas, schools, vocational education and training plants, in clinics, rehabilitation facilities, housing groups and workshops. The project Chance offers young men who have become criminals (14–21 years) an alternative way to prison. Through an intensive educational training program, they are supported to take responsibility for their actions and to develop new perspectives. As an educator (w/m/d) you accompany the young people on this path, give educational impulses and promote their personal development and social integration.

(w/m/d), youth and home educators (w/m/d) or Complete study of social work, social education or comparable qualification Experience in working with behavioural young people desirable Rest, balance, patience and enforcement ready for shift service, even on weekends The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
