Independent processing of customer orders – both manually and via AI-based systems – including monitoring of the entire process up to timely delivery. Development of customer-specific offers in close coordination with the field service – using our ERP system (SAP). Collection and processing of customer requests, complaints and other processes in the CRM system for complete documentation and for optimising customer support. Supporting our customers - by telephone and e-mail at a high level of sales-oriented and solution-oriented communication Close cooperation with the external service and implementation of negotiation results and customer requests. Inter-interface cooperation with purchasing, technology, storage and shipping to ensure efficient processes.

Successfully completed commercial training or comparable qualification Professional experience in order processing or sales services Impressed communication skills and independent action Structured, independent and reliable operation with high service orientation Safe handling of ERP and modern CRM systems, ideally SAP
