Specialist in contract and procurement management (m/f/d)

Analysis of national and international procurement markets and selection of suitable partners and suppliers, taking into account internal guidelines and requirements Inquiries and collection of offers for complete vehicles and components according to technical specifications Creating, tuning and tracking detailed time and milestone plans to ensure efficient procurement processes Preparation and implementation of contract and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers Comparison and evaluation of tenders received, including preparation of relevant decision bases and collection of internal releases Creation of contract documents based on existing standards and tailor-made adaptations in close cooperation with the Legal Department Maintenance and updating of relevant SAP data, triggering orders and monitoring delivery dates and progress reports Regular development and implementation of cost reduction measures Regular creation of structured status reports for management Active participation in supplier scaling, including pre- and post-processing of escalation talks and deriving appropriate measures

Min. 3-year higher education (e.g. Eng. / B.Sc.) or a 3-year professional training and a 2-year professional training as well as many years of professional experience Multiannual professional experience in a technical, sales or interface function desirable Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial action Strong team and communication and conflict resolution capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Independent, result-oriented, quality-conscious and structured work Representative initiative Good knowledge of the commercial vehicle industry desirable
