Head of Finance and Accounting (m/f/d)

In this responsible position, you take over the technical management of the financial and accounting sector. You ensure the complete documentation of all business operations in compliance with legal requirements and thus provide the basis for transparency, traceability and sound business decisions. In addition, you make a significant contribution to the determination of the company's success, the proper taxation and the support of controlling and management as central control bodies. Ensuring the proper financial accounting as well as compiling monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB Further development and optimization of processes in accounting including Deviation analyses and meaningful reporting Tax support and assessment of financial statements and guarantee management in cooperation with banks and insurance companies Central contact person for auditors, tax advisers, authorities and internal interfaces Support and advice of management in commercial matters Participation in the strategic development of the financial sector and adjacent commercial functions

Complete business studies or a comparable qualification, e.g. as a balance sheet holder Multiannual, well-founded professional experience in financial and accounting Experience in project-oriented companies and a technical affinity of advantage Cooperative leadership style with clear, respectful communication at eye level Strongly pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and ability to fully grasp relationships Good knowledge in MS Excel
