Commercial project responsibility: You take the commercial responsibility for our major projects in the field of technical building equipment (TGA). This includes, in particular, billing, follow-up management, project execution including auditing, construction site support and project-related correspondence. Supporting a high-tech project: Your main focus is on the commercial accompaniment of a major project in the field of high-tech industries in Dresden or an IPA project in Bielefeld. You work closely with the project management and all relevant project participants. Budget planning and contract analysis: You plan project-related budgets, analyze contracts and ensure that commercial risks and opportunities are recognised at an early stage. Guarantee management and follow-up: You take care of the management, audit and follow-up of guarantees and keeps in mind time limits and requirements at any time. Project controlling: You continuously accompany our projects from a commercial perspective, evaluate relevant key figures and help to ensure the economy at any time. Accounting and Persecuting: You are creating invoices, tracking payment transactions and supporting consistent receivable management.

Commercial background: You have a completed economic studies or alternatively a completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience in controlling. Experience in the TGA industry: You bring experience in commercial project work in plant engineering and know the requirements of complex TGA projects. Basic legal knowledge: knowledge in the areas of BGB, contract law and VOB are desirable and help you to secure our projects. IT skills: You work safely with the most popular MS Office applications and use them routined in your working day. Team orientation: You like to work with others and actively engage in an interdisciplinary project team. Communication strength: You appear open and communicative and convince by a clear, binding cooperation with internal and external contacts. Language knowledge: Good knowledge of German as well as ideal knowledge of English for communication in the international project environment. Commercial focus: You combine a good commercial look with your own initiative and the necessary enforcement capability.
