Head of Technical Internal Service in Civil Engineering and Bridge Construction (m/f/d)

Technical management of the internal service in engineering Management of the teams for costing, work preparation, contract management and technical controlling Analysis of tender documents and evaluation of opportunities and risks Bringing your own ideas and suggestions Responsible for the processing and coordination of tenders, tenders, offers and awards Working with Budget Planning and Cost Control Calculation of own- and post-contracting services Creation of schedules and development of construction workflow, construction site equipment and crane concepts Central contact person for contracting entities, planners and internal specialist areas in supply and execution phase Configuring contract and contract negotiations in close coordination with the branch management Model-based work (BIM) and application of Lean methods

A completed study in civil engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in calculation, work preparation and construction – ideally in bridge or engineering Very good knowledge of building law (VOB) and in the audit of contract Safe handling of industry-typical software – especially RIB iTWO, MS Project and Power Project Careful, structured and solution-oriented operation Communication strength, team capacity and joy in cooperation with a wide range of project participants First leadership experience or motivation to actively take on this responsibility
