Koordinator Penetration Testing & Security Assurance (m/f/d)

Central planning, control and orchestration of all company-wide penetration tests and security audits Termination, coordination and prioritization of test activities with internal departments, external service providers and stakeholders Keeping the test progress, including reminding colleagues involved, escalation in delays and ensuring timely implementation Collection, testing and structured storage of all relevant documents, test results, reports and technical artefacts Quality assurance of documentation, e.g. completeness, traceability and compliance with internal standards Coordination of Action Tracking: Compensation of Open Findings, Priorization, Tracking of Implementation Stands and Regular Reporting on Vulnerability Management Team Support in the further development of processes, guidelines and standards around penetration tests, vulnerability management and security assurance Care and further development of central overviews, dashboards and registers (e.g. test calendar, detection registers, action lists) Contact person for internal and external auditors, including providing evidence and structured communication Basic analysis of test results for the classification of risks and preparation of recommendations for action

has completed studies (informatics, business informatics) or comparable training have experience in the field of penetration testing, security assurance, security auditing or in the technical project or project Process management in the IT security environment shows understanding of common attack techniques, vulnerabilities and test methods to be able to classify test contents organizationally and professionally are safe in handling office and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ideally have experience with ticket or tracking systems has a structured, analytical and process-oriented way of working with high quality standards have strong communication and coordination capabilities, especially in dealing with different stakeholders demonstrates sense of responsibility, reliability and the ability to control several topics in parallel has at best basic knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, DORA, BSI) have very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing
