Number: MER0003OLA Global Customer Service & Parts (GCSP) is responsible for the global parts and service business of Mercedes- Benz AG. With over one million square metres of storage space, the Global Logistics Center in Germersheim is the world's largest warehouse for automotive spare parts and, at the same time, the headquarters of the global Mercedes-Benz after-sales supply chain network. With state-of-the-art warehouse technology and innovative systems, our employees ensure that vehicle customers receive the best service every day. The Control & Design section of the global Supply Chain Network (GCSP/OD) is responsible for and manages the Global Supply Network for spare parts for Mercedes-Benz AG (Cars and Vans sizes) and designs all global supply network processes and systems. As part of the global supply chains towards a logistics network, we offer you creative freedom to co-design the processes of the Global Supply Network of the future. As a student support, you work in the ''Control and Design of Worldwide Supply Chain Network'' team and support the Executive Assistant. These challenges include: Event Management: Support for the organisation, implementation and follow-up of management and employee events Editorial work and creation of articles for various communication channels Consolidation, preparation and creation of (top) management documents Development and maintenance of internal SharePoint Timelines Monitoring Support in the GCSP/OD staff daily business The work student activity can start from September 2025.

Studies in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, International Management or Directory Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, other languages are advantageous Very good MS Office knowledge, especially Power Point, Outlook and Excel Experience in SharePoint and agile tools are beneficial First knowledge in the field of project management Experience in writing articles for different communication channels Personal competencies: Openness, commitment and strong team spirit Embossed Analytical Skills Creativity in the design of presentations Self-employed working and self-initiative Reliability Planning and organizational talent Flexibility in performing tasks Social and intercultural competence and communication skills Ready-to-use and positive work setting in a dynamic working environment Additional information: Of course, without formalities, we are not.
