Support: Engaging customer support and expanding our customer base is your priority. Ready to go: On average you spend 2 days a week in the field service and 3 days in the office. This is subject to seasonal fluctuations and special effects such as trade fairs From theory to solution: You are the connecting link between customer and development department. From the request to the successful conclusion, you conduct negotiations and approve solutions. Teamwork: Close coordination with colleagues from development, product management and purchasing.
