HR Legal & Labor Relations Specialist Works Council & Labor Relations (m/f/d)

Work law, co-determination and compliance. In the HR Legal & Compliance team, you advise HR and executives on labour law issues, actively shape cooperation with the Works Council and accompany changes in the company legally based. In doing so, you combine legal security, business constitutional requirements and pragmatic solutions for a growing business. For this role we are looking for you in full time at our Düsseldorf location. Working hours are flexible, hybrid work is of course. Together with the Lead Legal & Compliance team, you work closely on labour law and business law issues and help HR and Business make good, sustainable decisions. Advice: As a competent contact person, you support the HR department and executives in all questions of individual and collective labour law.

Cooperations: Trustful cooperation with the works council is your responsibility. In doing so, you prepare negotiations, accompany discussions and support in developing sustainable solutions.

Designs: You plan, check and develop business agreements, guidelines and labour law documents and ensure that You are legally secure and practical. Accompanying: Individual measures such as settings, assignments or terminations are supported, taking into account the requirements of the Business Constitution Act.

Taxes: You accompany HR projects, organizational changes and change processes and anchor legal aspects early in design. Ensure: You keep in mind compliance with labour law requirements and internal compliance requirements and support compliance initiatives with HR compliance.

Observe: Legislative developments and new jurisprudence are constantly analysing, managing needs for action and ensuring their implementation in the company.

Qualification: successfully completed study of law (first state exam) or business lawyer with a focus on labour law

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in HR Legal, Labour Law or Labour Relations, ideally in an international company or firm

Process understanding: well-founded knowledge and practical experience with typical personal processes in the company (e.g. HR Business Partnering, Talent Management or Personal Care)

Knowledge: well-founded knowledge in German labour law and in company constitutional law

Practice: demonstrable experience in cooperation with works councils and monitoring of business constitutional processes

Language knowledge: very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing Your personality Communication strength: Even with different interests, you will find the right words and conduct discussions and negotiations to the goal.
