• good SAP R/3 knowledge

• Experience with digital invoice processing software, ideally X-Suite

• safe handling of MS Office applications

• high level of autonomy and communication skills, team skills and reliability • very good knowledge of German (in word and writing)

Your tasks • independent processing of all booking operations (testing, confirmation and booking) for property accounts, debitors and creditors • Digital workflow processing of invoices (with X-Suite in SAP R/3)

• coordination and monitoring of settlement traffic

• independent examination of payment orders

• Creation and responsible final examination of payment lists

• Support for the creation of monthly accounts and annual accounts
