Physiotherapist as therapy guide – nursing home & practice in Dortmund (m/f/d)

Active therapy design: We're looking for Mitdenker, no processors! Instead of passive “moving” you actively shape the therapy with a focus on participation and quality of life according to ICF Interprofessional teamwork: Exchange with your colleagues, nursing & doctors:inside for an optimal transfer of therapy success to everyday life. Relationship work in nursing home: You have the time for real emotional accompaniment. The relationship structure with your patient: inside and their relatives in the homes is a central part of your work. Consultancy & Instructions: You strengthen relatives or nursing staff through targeted guidance (e.g. transfer training) and make them co-therapy. Long-term accompaniment: care for complex neurological processes in co-operating facilities and enthusiasm for small progress in everyday life (e.g.: wake-coma patient reacts). Whether Bobath/PNF, Manual Therapy (MT), Vojta or Manual Lymph drainage (MLD) or another specialist focus – we integrate your special area into everyday practice.

Qualification: completed training or studies in the field of physiotherapy. Special emphasis: You have a real interest in neurology and geriatrics. Training courses in Bobath/ PNF or Vojta are a great plus, but no need! Posture: Curiosity, joy in relationship building as well as an interdisciplinary, patient-centric working. Self-organization: independent work – whether in practice or in our cooperating institutions.
