Hazard alarm system engineer with a focus on fire alarm and gas extinguishing technology (m/f/d)

You assume the plant responsibility for safe and highly available operation of fire detection and gas extinguishing systems over the entire life cycle You control and responsible infrastructure projects according to the applicable project management requirements You independently coordinate the external planning of fire detection and gas extinguishing systems and ensure the professional implementation You take over the coordination with expert judges, authorities and audit bodies and represent the department of internal and external clients You carry out the object monitoring according to HOAI performance phase 8 and are responsible for the monitoring of construction, appointment and costs as well as the technical acceptance You create financial planning for your area of expertise and keep budgets as well as efficiency in mind You supervise projects in the object care according to HOAI performance phase 9 including defect management, warranty tracking and maintenance of inventory documentation You develop technical concepts and develop specifications for the operation and maintenance of fire alarm and gas extinguishing systems and participate in the standby service for hazard alarm systems

Successfully completed study of electrical engineering or communications technology Qualification as a specialist for fire alarm systems according to DIN 14675 Multiannual professional experience in the planning, construction, maintenance and operation of fire alarm and/or gas extinguishing systems Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and legal requirements in the field of hazard reporting systems Experience in the planning and monitoring of objects according to HOAI, in the control of projects and in cooperation with specialist planners, judges, authorities and test centres Impressed organisational capacity as well as an independent, structured way of working, coupled with a high sense of responsibility, decision-making and economic thinking Willingness to participate in readiness Safe handling of MS Office, knowledge in SAP and Futura desirable German language skills in word and writing driving licence class B
