Developing energy concepts: Responsibility for identifying and designing economically meaningful energy-efficient optimization measures in the building stock, including the introduction of innovative technologies such as charging infrastructure and PV systems. implement the ESG strategy: take responsibility for implementing the Group's ESG strategy by introducing and controlling CO2 reducing measures. The structural implementation is taken over by the relevant specialist departments – but you remain closely involved in the monitoring and monitoring process. Drive innovation and pioneering spirit: continuous market analysis and identification of new developments, technologies and innovations in the field of sustainable real estate management. Education: Completed studies in sustainability management, real estate management, energy management or comparable qualification. Regulatoric know-how: knowledge or strong interest in the regulatory requirements for real estate (e.g. EU-Taxonomy, CSRD, Building Energy Act).
