• Technical inquiries or specialist problems? Both our customers and your colleagues know you as a competent person.

• You install and customize Windows clients on a ticket basis and then transfer them to the users: inside - including, for example, the setup of PCs, laptops and the associated periphery.

• From small error to hardware repair: You analyze malfunctions, redirect devices to malfunctions and exchange defective hardware components if necessary.

• To enable your colleagues to understand your work at any time, you document your steps carefully in the ticket system.

• The processing and processing of faults (B/F) is also part of your daily task.

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a specialist informant:in for system integration, IT system electronics:in or comparable qualification

• Professional experience in IT and user support as well as in the installation of hardware and software in the Microsoft environment

• Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English in word and writing

• Class B driving licence (former class 3) and readiness for occasional trips in the Hamburg area
