Design AI: Develop the corporate AI target architecture and create the basis for the successful integration of AI into the IT landscape together with the Enterprise Architecture. Architecture and Standards shape: You design the architecture governance and ensure that AI solutions are implemented safely, comprehensible and in accordance with rules throughout their life cycle Trusted AI enables you to anchor security, data quality, compliance and supervisory concepts in architecture and create the basis for responsible AI deployment Developing AI platforms: You shape the architecture of our AI platforms and drive their integration into the existing system landscape with SAP, Team Center, Microsoft, ServiceNow and Celonis Develop innovative AI ecosystems: You design modern integration architectures for GenAI and AI systems, agents and applications and create scalable platform structures Connected: Together with corporate IT, data experts, AI Product Owners, enterprise architecture, specialist areas and business, you are continuously developing the AI architecture

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in the field of enterprise architecture, solution architecture or AI architecture Funded knowledge of modern cloud and platform architectures, ideally in the environment of Microsoft-Azure, SAP, Team Center, ServiceNow and Celonis Experience with Generativer AI, Large Language Models, Agent Systems, MLOps and Data Platforms such as Databricks and SAP BDC Very good knowledge of German and English Understanding business processes and the ability to combine technical and technical requirements Structured operation, pronounced communication strength and high consulting competence
