Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality standards (DIN ISO 9001) and defense-specific standards and regulations (including NATO-AQAP 2110) Operational management of the QS team including planning, controlling and monitoring of the daily quality assurance processes (Wareneinsprüfung, Manufacturing Testing, Error Analysis) as well as optimization of the quality processes and KPI systems for continuous improvement management Coordination with internal and external interfaces (production, development departments as well as customer/authorities such as Bundeswehr testers) Implementation of internal audits as well as preparation, presentation and maintenance of audit reports Training and further training of employees in the field of quality management, switching of QM methods (8D reports, FMEA etc.) and promoting a strong quality awareness in the team Active support in the continuous development of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in cooperation with the areas of occupational safety, health and environmental protection

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the quality assurance of a manufacturing company. Industry experience in the defence sector is advantageous Knowledge in quality management (in particular DIN ISO 9001) and confidentiality with defense-specific standards (e.g. AQAP 2110 and comparable standards) Safe application of modern quality methods (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, FMEA) and knowledge in lean management principles. experience with CAQ/ERP systems and MS Office; MES knowledge of advantage Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Embossed quality awareness, analytical thinking and structured, independent working Management competence and communication strength - also in handling customers and supervisory authorities
