Your role Support for development in new projects focusing on feasibility of optical components while maintaining quality and manufacturing costs. Production of production documents for the production of optical components and assemblies using PPS software. Planning the production of devices, tools and test equipment. Calculation of own and foreign production. Analysis of manufacturing processes with regard to time data and quality assurance; Implementation of process planning. Controlling, monitoring and evaluation of production tests in new applications. Contribution to controlling: Analysis of production cost deviations and independent development and implementation of measures to reduce costs. Support for complaint processing and derivation of measures to avoid errors. As a production planner, you are the link between development and production and make a significant contribution from the first idea to the standard maturity. In doing so, you bring the feasibility, quality and cost into line and make visions tangible.

Complete training in a relevant field (e.g. fine optics or comparable qualification) or equivalent qualification. Further trainings such as master, industrial master, technician or a REFA basic training are desirable; Professional experience in work preparation in a production environment – ideally in the optics sector – is advantageous. Found experience in the preparation of work in production; Knowledge of optics of advantage. Embossed analytical methods, commitment and solution orientation in complex manufacturing processes. Self-contained, structured working methods as well as fast conception and teamwork as well as high flexibility and readiness to perform. Secure handling of Microsoft Office; ideally SAP/R3 skills.
