You perform welding work according to instructions and according to welding regulations and welding plans with MAG, E-Hand or WIG. Weld safely and professionally in forced positions and preheated components. Safety and quality requirements keep you consistent and work on safety at any time. Components are positioned and aligned independently at the workplace using crane systems. Preheating devices reliably load and unload to support the process sequence. Welding machines, devices and tools maintain and check regularly. In the MES, you can perform promptly and correctly on- and off-reports as well as Q messages. Welding additives are handled in accordance with the regulations (re-drying, storage etc.) and participate in studies and further training.

You preferably have a completed training in the metal sector (e.g. construction mechanicin, metal makerin, plant mechanic*in) or a comparable qualification or relevant professional experience. A cross entrance is also possible. Valid welding tests according to DIN EN ISO 9606-1 (ideally MAG or E-Hand or WIG) are desirable. Experience in one or more welding processes (MAG, E-Hand or WIG), safe working according to drawings and instructions as well as the willingness to re-qualify you will ideally bring you with you. Knowledge of German at A1–B2 level (or comparable) for a secure understanding of working day as well as understanding of work and safety instructions are required. A pronounced quality awareness, reliability and a careful way of working. Team skills and sense of responsibility complete your profile.
