As part of your leadership task, in your function as an area manager, you spend an average of 2 days a week in the field to accompany technician teams on site. Operational responsibility of a clearly defined geographical area with more than 100 wind turbines Discipline and professional leadership of service technicians and technical experts Responsible for plant availability and customer satisfaction Planning and control of repair and service activities, including material disposition and documentation in SAP Determination of the training requirements and tool requirements of technicians Responsible for implementing measures to increase occupational safety and quality improvement measures

Complete technical vocational training, as well as further training as a master or specialist At least 5 years of professional experience, of which about 3 years with leadership responsibility readiness to travel Learn how to deal with internal and external customers as well as service processes (technical application planning, service order management, material ordering) Good MS Office and SAP knowledge high competence in planning methodology (especially operational planning), organization and loadability High awareness of occupational safety
