Your tasks

• For the field of wholesale and foreign trade, you will enter an SAP S/4 Retail System together with teammates
• You are responsible for the continuity of processes with the focus on sales processes
• You are the interface between Purchasing, Customs, Development and External Implementation Partners
• You support the field in identifying potentials and ensure continuous process improvement
• You accept the requirements of the departments, evaluate them and check the possibilities for implementation in the software via Customizing or Development
• If our customer has opted for the implementation of your concept, start the technical specification and accompany the topic during the implementation up to test and acceptance
• By monitoring progress and corresponding reporting, you show responsibility and ensure the timely provision of your solution
• In addition, you transfer Customizing and 3rd Level Support and support the 1st and 2nd Level Support as well as your know-how
• With your commitment, you will ensure the availability of goods for more than 13,700 stores in Europe and the USA by providing tailored software solutions

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics or BWL (ideally with IT focus)
• You are interested in software projects and work in the team
• You are irritating challenging questions and finding software solutions
• You bring high self-motivation and readiness and want to take responsibility for your tasks
• You have already gained experience in handling the SAP modules MM or SD
• You have very good German and good English skills
