Then apply for the dual study of product development, materials & production M.Sc. at the tesa SE in Norderstedt near Hamburg. The dual study begins on 1. September 2025, lasts 2 years and runs in cooperation with the TU Hamburg (TUHH). The proportion of studies gives you the theoretical foundations that you can apply during the practical phases at tesa directly in the practical context. In the practical phases (8-12 weeks per semester) you support in the field of Pilot Center and New Processing. The Pilot Center produces adhesive tape patterns on the basis of which production will take place later. New Processing is responsible for the development and evaluation of new production processes. You practically support the implementation of production processes in the pilot scale and transfer them to the production scale You work in the development and design of machine layouts and production concepts taking into account safety, quality, efficiency and sustainability You support the planning, coordination and monitoring of pilot and production tests You deliver valuable inputs for new technologies and contribute to investment recommendations for technology development

You are motivated, committed and bring the following requirements with... You can present a successfully completed bachelor's degree or are currently in a relevant subject (e.g. mechanical engineering, materials science, production technology) and meet the subject-specific requirements of TUHH You have fluent English and very good German skills (min. B2.2 for non-German degrees) You are careful and have a high security awareness and work independently and structured You have an analytical mindset and a high problem-solving competence You have fun exploring new ideas and developing creative, innovative solutions Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in an international environment ... we look forward to your application!
