Summary of the programme:
Our Graduate Sales Program offers you a realistic insight into the complexity of our business and the opportunity to work with our leadership team. You will gain in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the individual areas of Telematics/Fuel. These include all aspects, from phone calls in sales to customer support to the possibility to exceed goals, as well as the acquisition of technical understanding and experience, with a broad overview of the relationships between departments and their value for the company.
During your two-year program, you will spend at least 3 months in each of the areas listed below.
· Fleet sales – Inbound · Fleet sales – Outbound · In-Life (customer support) · Cancellations/customer retention
You will get insights into our company and product teams. In addition, you have the opportunity to perform tasks/responsibilities as team leader during the program!
