Proceeding from technical drawings and piece lists, manufacture and assemble precise components In pre- and final production, you can edit substructures, brackets, doors, stairs, ladders and railings Different materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum and composite materials are used to process routined and material-friendly With the help of test and measuring devices, you reliably ensure compliance with predetermined dimensions Attach components as part of pre-production for welding processes 111, 131, 135, 136 and 141 Safety and quality requirements are consistently implemented and keep these in mind throughout the entire manufacturing process

A completed training to the design mechanic or a comparable qualification in the metal sector Experience in manufacturing according to technical drawings and in handling production documents Safe handling of welding processes, especially WIG and MIG for steel and stainless steel Practice in the production and assembly of technical constructions such as railings, doors, ladders or substructures readiness for activities in restricted areas of work and in closed areas A valid crane license for flur-controlled cranes is desirable
