• Active sourcing and direct address of finance specialists and executives via LinkedIn and other platforms • Conducting telephone and virtual interviews with candidates from financial and accounting • Support, advice and development of existing customer relationships in the finance segment • Active new customer acquisition and the establishment of long-term business partnerships • Creation and publication of target group specific job advertisements • Control of the entire recruiting process from candidate acquisition to mediation • Presentation of suitable candidates with customers and support of the selection process • General administrative and organizational tasks in daily business

• completed commercial training, a study or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in recruiting, sales or personnel consulting • Industry experience in staff services is absolutely necessary • Good knowledge of typical finance positions such as debitor, creditor and financial accountants, controllers, tax or accounting specialists • Communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in networking • Self-employed, structured and targeted • Secure handling of MS Office and modern recruiting tools • Very good German knowledge and good English skills • High self-motivation, team spirit and interest in a distributively shaped recruiting activity
