Team Lead ITSM Platform Development (m/f/d)

In an agile environment, you will lead your team to the operation and further development of our central ITSM / ESM solution, based on Matrix42 Enterprise Service Management. With your good technical skills, you support the team in daily work and drive innovations forward. You always have the goal of constantly improving the overall efficiency and quality by keeping KPIs in mind, identifying optimization potentials and ensuring smooth and targeted cooperation. As a Sparring partner, you will guide your team with confidence and offer a framework for a positive and powerful working environment. You have a good understanding of the requirements and needs of our business units and can offer appropriate solutions for the overall organization.

Your basis is a completed study of (economic) informatics or comparable training. In addition, you will bring well-founded knowledge in the administration of an ITSM or ESM-Systems. You could also prove yourself in the professional leadership of teams in the application engineering or software development environment. If you have already developed software yourself, this would be advantageous. With your fluent knowledge of German and English, you communicate on a technical level and in an international context with confidence.
