Holistic project management: You take the full lead of innovative technology projects – from the first idea to the successful go-live. Efficient resource and task management: You control the use of project resources, prioritize tasks and ensure a smooth process. Central communication interface: You coordinate all relevant stakeholders and ensure that information flows in a clear, structured and timely manner. Business case & basis of decision: You develop well-founded business cases for various solutions and create the basis for strategic decisions. Structured implementation planning: You plan the implementation of agreed solutions in detail – including selection of suitable partners and definition of realistic budgets. Active Change Management: You accompany organizations in the introduction of new processes, develop training and ensure sustainable acceptance. End-to-end management: You are responsible for new business requirements across the entire cycle – from process definition to system architecture to operational implementation. Design of the future & structure: You realize change needs, develop visions for organizational realignment and set clear, measurable goals.

Embossed structure and organizational design: You also keep an overview in complex project phases, prioritize smart and work solution-oriented. Communication strength & stakeholder security: You are dealing with different contact persons – from specialist to top management. Experience in project management: You have already successfully conducted projects – whether classic, agile or hybrid – and are familiar with modern methods and tools. Strong analytical skills: You systematically analyze complex initial situations and develop robust solutions. Economic thinking: You understand the economic context behind technical solutions, can develop business cases and prepare decisions based on them. Customer and user orientation: You think from a perspective of the subject or the end customers, understand their needs and translate them into sustainable, technically feasible solutions.
